Ενημέρωση της ειδοποίησης email τιμολογίου παραγγελίας για ανταλλαγές

Αν το κατάστημά σας χρησιμοποιεί προσαρμοσμένα πρότυπα ειδοποιήσεων, τότε ίσως χρειαστεί να ενημερώσετε μη αυτόματα την ειδοποίηση email Τιμολόγιο παραγγελίας, για να διασφαλίσετε ότι λειτουργεί όταν προσθέτετε είδη ανταλλαγής σε μια επιστροφή.

Αυτές οι αλλαγές απαιτούν εξοικείωση με τον κώδικα που χρησιμοποιείται στα πρότυπα ειδοποιήσεων του Shopify. Αν τα πρότυπά σας είναι εξαιρετικά προσαρμοσμένα και δεν είστε βέβαιοι για το πώς να εφαρμόσετε τις απαραίτητες αλλαγές, τότε επικοινωνήστε με τον προγραμματιστή που έκανε τις αλλαγές ή κάντε κλικ στην επιλογή Επαναφορά στην προεπιλογή για να επαναφέρετε το πρότυπό σας στην αρχική του κατάσταση. Όταν κάνετε επαναφορά στην προεπιλογή, όλες οι προσαρμογές σας καταργούνται, αλλά το προεπιλεγμένο πρότυπο διασφαλίζει ότι έχετε την πιο πρόσφατη έκδοση προτύπου.

Μπορείτε να ενημερώσετε την ειδοποίηση Τιμολόγιο παραγγελίας με ένα νέο μπλοκ κώδικα αλλαγών στοιχείων γραμμής. Αυτό το μπλοκ κώδικα προσθέτει καταστάσεις στοιχείων γραμμής για την αναγνώριση των ειδών επιστροφής και ανταλλαγής στη σύνοψη παραγγελίας.

Από τον Διαχειριστή Shopify, μεταβείτε στις Ρυθμίσεις > Ειδοποιήσεις.
Κάντε κλικ στην επιλογή Ειδοποιήσεις πελατών.
Στην ενότητα Εξαιρέσεις παραγγελιών, κάντε κλικ στην επιλογή Τιμολόγιο παραγγελίας.
Κάντε κλικ στην επιλογή Επεξεργασία κώδικα.
Εντοπίστε το προεπιλεγμένο μπλοκ κώδικα αλλαγών στοιχείων γραμμής.
Αντιγράψτε το νέο μπλοκ κώδικα αλλαγών στοιχείων γραμμής και αντικαταστήστε το προεπιλεγμένο μπλοκ κώδικα με το νέο.
Κάντε κλικ στην επιλογή Αποθήκευση.
