Aktualisierung der E-Mail-Benachrichtigung „Rückgabe genehmigt“ für den Warenumtausch

Wenn dein Shop angepasste Benachrichtigungsvorlagen verwendet, musst du deine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung „Rückgabe genehmigt“ möglicherweise manuell aktualisieren, damit sie funktioniert, wenn du Umtauschartikel zu einer Rückgabe hinzufügst.

Diese Änderungen erfordern Kenntnisse des Codes, der in den Shopify-Benachrichtigungsvorlagen verwendet wird. Wenn deine Vorlagen stark angepasst sind und du dir nicht sicher bist, wie du die notwendigen Änderungen anwenden sollst, kontaktiere die Entwickler:in, die die Änderungen vorgenommen hat, oder klicke auf „Auf Standard zurücksetzen“, um deine Vorlage in ihren ursprünglichen Zustand zurückzusetzen. Beim Zurücksetzen auf die Standardversion werden alle deine Anpassungen entfernt, aber die Standardvorlage stellt sicher, dass du die aktuellste Vorlagenversion hast.

Die E-Mail-Benachrichtigung „Rückgabe genehmigt“ aktualisieren

Du kannst die Benachrichtigung „Rückgabe genehmigt“ mit den folgenden Änderungen aktualisieren:

  • Bei einem Warenumtausch mit Zuzahlung können Kund:innen jetzt eine Zahlungsaufforderung (die Schaltfläche „Jetzt bezahlen“) in ihrer Rückgabe-E-Mail erhalten. Der Anleitungsabschnitt der E-Mail wird ebenfalls aktualisiert: Er zeigt den ausstehenden Betrag, den Kund:innen möglicherweise schulden, an und wird an den Anfang der E-Mail verschoben.
  • Ein neuer Abschnitt, der Umtauschartikel unter der Überschrift Artikel, die du erhältst anzeigt und den Abschnitt Zurückgegebene Artikel in Zurückzugebende Artikel umbenennt.
  • Eine finanzielle Übersicht, die als Teil der Rückgabe-E-Mail die Kosten für die Rückgabe- und Umtauschartikel sowie anfallende Rückgabegebühren aufführt.

Schritte:

  1. Gehe in deinem Shopify-Adminbereich zu Einstellungen > Benachrichtigungen.

  2. Klicke auf Kundenbenachrichtigungen.

  3. Klicke im Abschnitt „Rückgaben“ auf „Rückgabeanfrage genehmigt“.

  4. Klicke auf „Code bearbeiten“.

  5. Aktualisiere den Untertitel, damit er Logik für den Versand und den Saldo der Bestellung enthält:

    1. Suche die erste Codezeile {% if has_label_attached %}.
