Du kannst die Benachrichtigung „Bestellrückerstattung“ mit neuen Codeblöcken für Änderungen an Positionen und Änderungen an der Zwischensummenzeile aktualisieren.
Der neue Codeblock für Änderungen an Positionen fügt Positionsstatus hinzu, um Rückgabe- und Umtauschartikel in der Bestellübersicht zu kennzeichnen.
Der neue Codeblock für Änderungen an der Zwischensummenzeile fügt ein Datum hinzu und gibt die Art der Rückerstattungsmethode an. Er enthält gegebenenfalls auch die Gebühren für den Rückversand und die Wiedereinlagerungsgebühren.
Schritte:
Gehe in deinem Shopify-Adminbereich zu Einstellungen > Benachrichtigungen.
Klicke auf „Benachrichtigungen für Kund:innen“.
Klicke im Abschnitt „Bestellausnahmen“ auf „Bestellrückerstattung“.
Klicke auf „Code bearbeiten“.
Aktualisiere den Codeblock für Änderungen an Positionen:

- Kopiere den neuen Codeblock für Änderungen an Positionen und ersetze den Standard-Codeblock durch den neuen.
Aktualisiere den Codeblock für Änderungen an der Zwischensummenzeile:
- Suche den Standard-Codeblock für Änderungen an der Zwischensummenzeile.
- Kopiere den neuen Codeblock für Änderungen an der Zwischensummenzeile und ersetze den Standard-Codeblock durch den neuen.
