E-Mail-Benachrichtigung „Bestellrechnung“ für Warenumtäusche aktualisieren
Wenn dein Shop angepasste Benachrichtigungsvorlagen verwendet, musst du deine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung „Bestellrechnung“ möglicherweise manuell aktualisieren, damit sie funktioniert, wenn du Umtauschartikel zu einer Rückgabe hinzufügst.
Diese Änderungen erfordern Vertrautheit mit dem Code, der in den Benachrichtigungsvorlagen von Shopify verwendet wird. Wenn deine Vorlagen stark angepasst sind und du dir nicht sicher bist, wie du die erforderlichen Änderungen anwenden sollst, wende dich an die entwickelnde Person, die die Änderungen vorgenommen hat, oder klicke auf „Auf Standard zurücksetzen“, um deine Vorlage in ihren ursprünglichen Zustand zurückzusetzen. Wenn du die Vorlage auf die Standardversion zurücksetzt, werden alle deine Anpassungen entfernt, aber die Standardvorlage stellt sicher, dass du die aktuellste Vorlagenversion hast.

Die E-Mail-Benachrichtigung „Bestellrechnung“ aktualisieren
Du kannst die Benachrichtigung „Bestellrechnung“ mit einem neuen Codeblock für Änderungen an Positionen aktualisieren. Dieser Codeblock fügt Positionsstatus hinzu, um Rückgabe- und Umtauschartikel in der Bestellübersicht zu kennzeichnen.
Gehe in deinem Shopify-Adminbereich zu Einstellungen > Benachrichtigungen.
Klicke auf „Benachrichtigungen für Kund:innen“.
Klicke im Abschnitt „Bestellausnahmen“ auf „Bestellrechnung“.
Klicke auf „Code bearbeiten“.
Kopiere den neuen Codeblock für Änderungen an Positionen und ersetze den Standard-Codeblock durch den neuen.
Klicke auf „Speichern“.
