Opdatering af mailnotifikationen Ordrefaktura for ombytninger

Hvis din butik bruger tilpassede notifikationsskabeloner, skal du muligvis opdatere din mailnotifikation Ordrefaktura manuelt for at sikre, at den fungerer, når du føjer ombytningsvarer til en returnering.

Disse ændringer kræver kendskab til koden, der bruges i Shopifys notifikationsskabeloner. Hvis dine skabeloner er meget tilpassede, og du ikke er sikker på, hvordan du anvender de nødvendige ændringer, skal du kontakte den udvikler, der har foretaget ændringerne, eller klikke på Gendan standard for at gendanne din skabelon til dens oprindelige tilstand. Når du gendanner standardindstillingerne, fjernes alle dine tilpasninger, men standardskabelonen sikrer, at du har den nyeste skabelonversion.

Du kan opdatere notifikationen Ordrefaktura med en ny kodeblok til ændringer af varelinjer. Denne kodeblok tilføjer varelinjestatusser for at identificere retur- og ombytningsvarer i ordreoversigten.

Gå til Indstillinger > Notifikationer i din Shopify-administrator.
Klik på Notifikationer til kunder.
Klik på Ordrefaktura i afsnittet Ordreundtagelser.
Klik på Rediger kode.
Find standardkodeblokken til ændringer af varelinjer.
Kopiér den nye kodeblok til ændringer af varelinjer, og erstat standardkodeblokken med den nye.
Klik på Gem.
