Актуализиране на имейл известието за одобрено връщане при замени

Ако Вашият магазин използва персонализирани шаблони за известия, тогава може да се наложи да актуализирате ръчно имейл известието си „Одобрено връщане“, за да сте сигурни, че то работи, когато добавяте артикули за замяна към връщане.

Тези промени изискват познания по кода, който се използва в шаблоните за известия на Shopify. Ако Вашите шаблони са силно персонализирани и не сте сигурни как да приложите необходимите промени, свържете се с разработчика, който ги е направил, или натиснете „Връщане към стандартните“, за да възстановите шаблона си в първоначалното му състояние. Когато се върнете към стандартните настройки, всички Ваши персонализации се премахват, но стандартният шаблон гарантира, че разполагате с най-актуалната версия на шаблона.

Актуализиране на имейл известието „Одобрено връщане“

Можете да актуализирате известието „Одобрено връщане“, за да включите следните промени:

  • За замени с нетно плащане клиентът вече може да получи действие за плащане (бутон „Платете сега“) в имейла си за връщане. Това включва актуализации на частта с инструкции в имейла, за да се отрази неуреденото салдо, което клиентът може да дължи, като инструкциите са преместени в горната част на имейла.
  • Нов раздел, който показва артикули за замяна под заглавието „Артикули, които ще получите“ и преименува раздела „Върнати артикули“ на „Артикули за връщане“.
  • Като част от имейла за връщане е включено финансово резюме с цената на артикулите за връщане и замяна и приложимите такси за връщане.

Стъпки:

  1. От Вашия администраторски панел на Shopify отидете в „Настройки“ > „Известия“.

  2. Натиснете „Известия за клиенти“.

  3. В раздел „Връщания“ натиснете „Одобрена заявка за връщане“.

  4. Натиснете „Редактиране на код“.

  5. Актуализирайте подзаглавието, за да включите логика за доставката и салдото на поръчката:
