Cập nhật mẫu email hủy đơn hàng cho Shop Campaigns

Có thể cập nhật mẫu thông báo Đơn hàng đã hủy để hiển thị ưu đãi Shop Campaigns và Shop Cash trong báo cáo giao dịch của email gửi cho khách hàng khi đơn hàng bị hủy. Việc cập nhật mẫu email hủy đơn hàng giúp đảm bảo khách hàng thấy thông tin Shop Cash và ưu đãi chính xác khi đơn hàng bị hủy.

Các bước thực hiện:

Từ trang quản trị Shopify, đi tới Cài đặt > Thông báo.
Nhấp vào Thông báo cho khách hàng.
Trong phần Ngoại lệ đơn hàng, nhấp vào Đơn hàng đã hủy.
Nhấp vào Chỉnh sửa mã.
Thêm đoạn mã để tính số tiền giao dịch của ưu đãi Shop trong các dòng tổng phụ:
1. Tìm dòng mã {% assign transaction_size = 0 %} đầu tiên.
2. Thay thế khối mã hiện tại bằng khối mã sau:
