Viewing customer gift card information on the Shopify POS app

You can view a customer's gift card information, including the remaining balance and transaction history. From the Gift card details screen, you can print, email, or text the gift card information to the customer.

Steps:

  1. From Shopify POS, tap the global search bar.
  2. In the search bar, enter the customer's name or email.
  3. Tap Customers.
  4. In the search results, tap the customer's name.
  5. Tap View all gift cards.
  6. Tap on a gift card for additional information.
  7. Optional: To send the gift card information to the customer, tap Print gift card, Email gift card, or Text gift card.
  8. Optional: Tap Deactivate to deactivate the gift card. This can't be undone.
