Shopify POS Terminal
Shopify POS Terminal is a dedicated countertop payment terminal for Shopify POS. It combines the Shopify POS Terminal Reader, formerly POS Go, with the Shopify POS Terminal Dock, formerly POS Go Dock, to create a customer-facing display for checkout.
Shopify POS Terminal is sold on the Shopify Hardware Store in supported countries. The POS Terminal Dock has two versions: Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + Ethernet.
POS Terminal connects to your local network over Wi-Fi or Ethernet, depending on which model you're using, but it can only connect to your POS device over Wi-Fi. To set up Shopify POS Terminal for the first time, review Setting up Shopify POS Terminal.
