Uninstalling the Shopify Collective app

If you no longer want to sell supplier's products with Shopify Collective, then you can uninstall the app. If you only want to stop suppliers from finding you on Collective, then you can deactivate your supplier discoverability.

If you're having a technical issue with the Shopify Collective app, then contact Shopify Support.

When you uninstall Shopify Collective, the following effects take place:

  • All your supplier connections break immediately.
  • You stop receiving new Collective orders.
  • Inventory for your imported products is set to 0 and isn't updated.
  • Your unfulfilled orders are canceled, and you're refunded.

The Shopify Collective app is automatically uninstalled when you turn off Shopify Network Intelligence.

If a supplier that you work with uninstalls their Shopify Collective sales channel, then you're notified by email.

Uninstall the Shopify Collective app

You can uninstall the Shopify Collective app from your Shopify admin at any time.

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Collective.

  2. Click Horizontal menu > Uninstall.

  3. Select any options from the Reason for uninstalling drop-down menu

  4. Optional: To share feedback about uninstalling the app, enter any text in the Share feedback box.

  5. Click Uninstall.
