Opdater mailskabelonen for annulleret ordre for Shop Campaigns

Du kan opdatere meddelelsesskabelonen Annulleret ordre til at vise tilbud fra Shop Campaigns og Shop Cash i transaktionsrapporten i den mail, du sender til kunder, når en ordre annulleres. Ved at opdatere din mailskabelon for annullerede ordrer kan du sikre, at kunderne ser korrekte oplysninger om Shop Cash og tilbud, når ordrer annulleres.

Fremgangsmåde:

Gå til Indstillinger > Meddelelser i din Shopify-administrator.
Klik på Kundemeddelelser.
Klik på Annulleret ordre i afsnittet Ordreundtagelser.
Klik på Rediger kode.
Tilføj et kodestykke for at beregne transaktionsbeløbet for Shop-tilbud på subtotallinjer:
1. Find den første kodelinje {% assign transaction_size = 0 %}.
2. Erstat den eksisterende kodeblok med følgende kodeblok:
