Актуализиране на имейл шаблона за анулирана поръчка за Shop Campaigns

Можете да актуализирате шаблона за известие „Анулирана поръчка“, за да се показват оферти от Shop Campaigns и Shop Cash в отчета за транзакциите на имейла, който изпращате на клиентите при анулиране на поръчка. Актуализирането на Вашия имейл шаблон за анулирана поръчка може да гарантира, че клиентите виждат точна информация за Shop Cash и оферти, когато поръчките са анулирани.

Стъпки:

  1. От Вашия администраторски панел на Shopify отидете на „Настройки“ > „Известия“.

  2. Натиснете „Известия за клиенти“.

  3. В секция „Изключения за поръчки“ натиснете „Анулирана поръчка“.

  4. Натиснете „Редактиране на код“.

  5. Добавете фрагмент от код за изчисляване на сумата на транзакцията на офертата от Shop в редовете за междинна сума:

    1. Намерете първия ред с код {% assign transaction_size = 0 %}.
    2. Заменете съществуващия блок с код със следния блок с код:
